Parent-Staff Communication

It is important that parents and teachers communicate on a regular basis about each child’s experiences both at school and at home. Any information pertinent to your child’s health or happenings at home, which may affect his/her behavior at school, should be shared with the staff. In addition, teachers will make every effort to communicate with you daily, either verbally or in writing.

Parent Conferences
We want to keep you well informed about your child’s progress. Parent conferences take place twice yearly for our pre-K class and once a year for our younger children. Teachers are available for phone conferences and informal meetings throughout the year.

Newsletter
To keep you informed about activities and events at Sinai Nursery School you will receive a monthly newsletter. You will find administrative information, descriptions of classroom activities, and special event information in each newsletter. We urge you to read it carefully.

Parent Mailboxes
Each family has a “mailbox” located just outside the school’s front door. In it you will receive your child’s work, teacher communications, parent newsletters, and special events information. Please check your mailbox DAILY.
